Trdelnik

"Trdelnik" is a sweet and rather large pastry, typical of Prague and available on many corners. It is baked similar to the German "Baumkuchen" on a wooden or metal rod, rolled up like a serpent and coated with sugar and cinnamon. It tastes great!

And even better filled with ice cream, chocolate or some sort of vanilla pudding - although eating that version is best done in some hiding place, because you won't be a pleasure to look at. Even adults' faces will look like two-year olds having had a fight with an overlarge and melting ice cream ...

 Much healthier!
